I am interested in how light and shadow can transform space. How I can create soft boundaries to delineate space. How patterns change atmosphere around these objects. Eight sets of color capsules each contains three layers of acrylic. All layers have different colors, finishes and patterns. By mixing and matching the layers people can create their own customized design. These objects were designed to be placed against natural light source. The light activates the objects by creating beautiful colored shadows.
